Confido Metallic & Car Body Fitting Plant operates in the fields of design, design verification, revision, and project management, specializing in the fitting of interior and exterior equipment for car bodies and components. Located in a 10,000 m² facility in Bursa, the plant is structured to meet the most demanding industry requirements with precision and consistency. Through close collaboration with leading manufacturers, we develop and implement tailor-made solutions that combine technical expertise with aesthetic and functional quality.

The facility is equipped with advanced CNC machining systems, vertical machining centers, laser cutting, and bending technologies that ensure high-precision metalwork for a wide range of applications. All adhesive bonding operations are carried out under DIN 6701-2 certification, reflecting our commitment to internationally recognized safety and quality standards. Our capabilities extend to wet painting processes, with a 30-meter painting line that provides durable and visually refined surface treatments, as well as to the complete integration of interior wiring systems, supporting low, medium, and high-voltage solutions.

Every step of the production process—from raw material processing to final assembly—is carried out under an integrated system that is IRIS certified, reinforcing our alignment with global standards in the railway industry. Our work results in high-quality components such as passenger information and announcement systems, bed units, side wall panels, air conditioning equipment, carrier frames, electric cabinets, modular ceilings with curtain lighting, partition walls, and luggage racks. Each product is developed to support both functionality and user experience, ensuring safety, reliability, and long-term performance across all vehicle types.
